We require a 24 hour delivery and pickup notice (same day deliveries/pickups cannot be accepted at this time).

Flowers are a perishable product. No refunds are granted after product is delivered/pickedup. Also, no refunds are given if product was not picked up on requested date.

Clean your vase thoroughly. Fill the vase two-thirds with fresh, lukewarm water and add your flower food (spring/well water is recommended). Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline to avoid build-up of debris and bacteria.  Change the water regularly after the second day and trim about 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle.
