Charlotte - 7 weeks of beautiful bouquets for  April 15th thru May 2023. Pick up at the Uptown Farms Market on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.  Each bouquet contains our best tulip blooms from the farm and includes 12 - 15 stems as well as mixed bouquets when other flowers like ranunculus and snapdragons are blooming on the farm during the month of May. This subscription sign up will include 1 bouquet per week for the month of April/May for a total purchase of 7 bouquets.
