DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery Policy

We deliver to local Ashe County Businesses only with a $5 delivery fee (which is added in when selecting deliver at checkout). Home deliveries are not available at this time. Pickup is available at our farm Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 7pm and at Ashe County Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8am to 1 pm. We require a 24 hour delivery and pickup notice (same day order/deliveries/pickups cannot be accepted at this time due to our daily demanding farm task). 

Return & Exchange Policy

Flowers are a perishable product. No refunds are granted after the product is delivered/picked up. Also, no refunds are given if the product is not picked up on requested date.
